Friday's Shred

Today was day 3 for me. I was dragging my azz to get going this morning, but once I finally started I was surprised to find that my endurance is getting better already! I was able to actually do the jumping jacks without feeling like I was wearing a pair of lead shoes, and I have started doing more of the "advanced" moves. My plan has been to only do Shred during the week, but I think tomorrow I might spend some time on the elliptical machine to keep my momentum up!
